DEVILLE aims to ensure its customers' full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a Gift Card. 

The cost of the return will be borne by the customer as long as the return is not due to a quality issue.

To make a return, the following conditions must be met:
• Returns must be made within 14 business days of delivery.
• The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete.
• Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.

If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using store credit. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.

All our items are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of delivery of the order. The guarantee will only apply in those cases in which there is a manufacturing defect, and the damage has not been caused by misuse.
We will study in detail if, in each case, the damage has been caused by a misuse of the parts.

What is our jewelry made of?

Our Products are Palladium, Gold 24k and silver 1000 plated

Made of brass with a 12 microns of silver/gold bath, guaranteeing the best quality.

How to store our jewelry?

To prevent our jewelry from being damaged or scratched over time, we recommend storing it in a DEVILLE BOX or in a cotton bag to ensure its longevity. Our boxes are made to keep the jewelry perfect. We recommend you to take your jewelry off before doing any sports or sleeping to avoid any possible damage.

Can you shower or swim with our products?

Products bathed in silver can get wet, but we do not recommend bathing them daily as they can get damaged over time when they come in contact with soap or water itself. We do not recommend bathing in the sea with our products as salt deteriorates any type of jewelry.
